Responsible for handling online inquiries, supporting digital sales activities, and assisting customers through online platforms. This role ensures timely responses, accurate information, and smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and basic concerns
- Coordinate online orders with sales, warehouse, or delivery teams
- Update and maintain online records and reports
- Support online promotions and digital campaigns
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and familiar with online platforms
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in online customer support or sales is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- Government Mandated (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig)
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Atleast High School Diploma
- Medical Certificate (Fit to work)
