Showroom Staff (Makati)

Deployment Area: Makati

Responsible for handling administrative and office-related tasks within the showroom while serving as the first point of contact for clients. This role ensures smooth day-to-day showroom operations through proper coordination, documentation, and professional client assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data encoding
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and basic correspondence
  • Coordinate client inquiries with the sales and operations teams
  • Manage showroom schedules, records, and inventory documents
  • Ensure the showroom remains organized and presentable

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, presentable, and client-oriented
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Experience in admin or client-facing roles is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Government Mandated (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig)
  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Birth Certificate
  • Atleast High School Diploma
  • Medical Certificate (Fit to work)
