Responsible for handling administrative and office-related tasks within the showroom while serving as the first point of contact for clients. This role ensures smooth day-to-day showroom operations through proper coordination, documentation, and professional client assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data encoding
- Prepare reports, quotations, and basic correspondence
- Coordinate client inquiries with the sales and operations teams
- Manage showroom schedules, records, and inventory documents
- Ensure the showroom remains organized and presentable
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, presentable, and client-oriented
- Computer literate (MS Office applications)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Experience in admin or client-facing roles is an advantage
Requirements:
- Government Mandated (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig)
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Atleast High School Diploma
- Medical Certificate (Fit to work)
