Responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role supports users by troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system improvements, and maintaining data security in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain network performance and system security
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
• Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory of equipment

DEPLOYMENT AREA: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with operating systems, hardware, and common software applications
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer support skills
• With relevant experience
