Talent Acquisition Associate (Taguig)

Talent Acquisition Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role works closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist in posting job vacancies and managing recruitment pipelines
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements as needed

DEPLOYMENT AREA: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Government Mandated (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig)
  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Birth Certificate
  • Atleast High School Diploma
  • Medical Certificate (Fit to work)
