Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic devices and gadgets. This role ensures that customers receive timely and high-quality service, supporting the company’s aftersales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices and gadgets
- Perform repairs and maintenance following company standards
- Test devices to ensure proper functionality after service
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Document repairs, service reports, and inventory of parts
- Coordinate with other departments for warranty claims and service requests
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Deployment Area: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig
Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical course in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of electronic devices, gadgets, and repair techniques
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Willingness to learn new technologies and products
- Prior experience in electronics repair is a plus but not required
