Talent Acquisition Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role works closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in posting job vacancies and managing recruitment pipelines
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status
- Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements as needed
DEPLOYMENT AREA: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
- Experience in recruitment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome

- NBI or Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Atleast High School Diploma
- Medical Certificate (Fit to work)
