Accounting Clerk – Alfamart – Silang Cavite

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and financial operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Reconcile records and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
  • Assist in payroll and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial and administrative concerns.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related work is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
