We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Sales Processor (Male) to handle online orders, coordinate sales transactions, and ensure smooth processing from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online orders from different sales platforms (Facebook, website, marketplaces, etc.)
• Verify customer details, orders, and payment information
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and delivery schedules
• Monitor order status and provide updates when needed
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries regarding orders and products
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales reports
• Ensure timely and error-free processing of orders
• Support the sales team in daily operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Male, at least High School Graduate or College Level
• Experience in sales processing, encoding, or e-commerce is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, online platforms)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
