We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will help grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage target audiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content such as posts, captions, and basic graphics
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics
- Support website updates, SEO efforts, and online promotions
- Coordinate with the creative team for marketing materials
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with audiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic skills in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
