Responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies and helps maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and documentation
- Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement activities and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With or without experience (experience in HR is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
