The Commis 2 (Butcher) is responsible for preparing, cutting, and portioning meat products according to kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, trim, and prepare meat for cooking
• Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with kitchen team for daily requirements
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate
• With experience in meat cutting or butchery
• Knowledgeable in proper meat handling
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• Willing to work in Fishermall, Quezon City
