The Commis 3 (Japanese) assists in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing Japanese dishes (e.g., sushi, ramen, tempura)
• Ensure proper food preparation and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
• Follow kitchen safety and hygiene standards
• Support the kitchen team during operations
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate
• Experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage
• Willing to be trained
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work in Fishermall Quezon City
