LOGISTIC ADMIN SUPPORT/COORDINATOR (Taguig)

Deployment Area: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities such as deliveries, transfers, and pickups
  • Prepare, organize, and monitor logistics documents and shipment records
  • Follow up with drivers, couriers, transport partners, warehouses, and suppliers
  • Track delivery issues, delays, shortages, or damages and report concerns promptly
  • Provide administrative and basic inventory support to the logistics team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course (preferred)
  • With logistics or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Male or Female
